WELCOME

Hello! I'm Sunishka, a Computer Science student at California Polytechnic State University, San Luis Obispo (Cal Poly SLO). My passion for technology and problem-solving drives me to explore new frontiers in the tech world. I have engaged in various projects such as TherapEase, an iOS app for recovery that won Best AI Project at Camp PolyHacks 🏆, and a Spotify Playlist Generator, showcasing my skills in Python and web scraping. My independent research on machine learning models for the Big 5 Personality Test has also deepened my understanding of AI 🤖. Outside of my academic and project work, I am actively involved in the Society of Women Engineers (SWE) at Cal Poly. As a Fall Girl Scouts Activity Coordinator, I organized an event to inspire young girls to pursue careers in engineering, developing engaging activities that foster exploration and interest in STEM fields 🚀. In my free time, I love watching movies 🎬 and exploring different genres, as well as dancing 💃 and trying out various dance forms. I am currently seeking internships for Summer 2025 and am eager to gain hands-on experience in the tech industry.
